Did you ever think of; is there any
game where I can have fun & get benefits from, as well?

option among all.
A game is all
about logic. It’s known as “A game of kings”. Chess teaches you to have aim
& overcome the blocks on your way there. Playing chess helps to improve thinking skills,
enhances mental powers and directly contribute to academic performances, also
makes peoples smarter in several ways, like
· Thinking ability
·
Patience and thoughtfulness
·
Not being panicked or stay calm
for unexpected situation.
·
Concentration, more focused
·
Self-Confidence, Self-Worth

Acceptance of the Consequences of
your action
“Chess makes men wiser and clear-sighted,” Vladimir Putin.
It’s been
played since 1500 years ago, in the initial position a player has 20 possible
ways to play, and for his second moves each player has 30 possible moves. After
two moves, approximately 360000 different positions can be reached. As the game progresses, the number possibility
grows. So, you’ll always be unique there.
Chess has
long been the game of Kings, Geniuses, and Gifted People. A misconception about
chess is it’s strictly designed for them. If someone asked about Chess, first thing came
in mind that Chess is not for us, it’s boring, take long time, it’s for old
people or talented, geniuses, a man who
has much patience they can play. But once again it’s totally misconception, you
can play Chess, you can learn chess. Only thing you have to know is, just to
know the move of each and every pieces and objective of winning. That’s it.
Further, your skills, intellectualism, logic, practice matters. Obviously, as
much as you play, your ratings, learning will improve.
“Every Chess Master was once a beginner,” Irving Chernev
We must
agree, “It’s the only game where
you always have growth” It
can be played as long as you have brain.
Here are
few points in more detail:
Brain Exercise: Brain is responsible for our mental performance, there’s
saying that, “if you don’t use it, you lose it”. For physical fitness, we need
to exercise both left and right side of our body, upper & lower body, as
well. Chess is a mental workout for left (object recognition) & right hemisphere
(pattern recognition). Thanks to the rules & techniques involved in the
game. Playing Chess will effectively exercise not one but both side of or brain.
So, how’s that for workout?
Memory Power:Research says, Chess helps keep Alzheimer disease at bay, is related to
loss of memory. There are many tactics & positions, good player know most
of them. This is where the benefits of improved memory shine, they quickly
remember, use different strategies. Best part of that, improved memory not only
limited in Chess but also others area it can be noticed such as performance,
arts etc.
“Chess is the gymnasium of the mind,”
Blaise Pascal.
“Chess, like love, like music, have the
power to make men happy,” Siegbart Tarrasch
Strategic
Thinking: Chess is
considered to be a strategy game – this means that in order to win, you must
have a better plan of action than your opponent. But no one is born with the
ability to conceive great strategic moves; it must be learned by practicing. To
most people, strategy is associated with war and army generals planning their
attacks with strategic moves, this example is not far from chess. Just like a
general commands his army, a chess player commands his or her own pieces in a
battle of black and white. So playing chess greatly improves the ability to
develop certain strategies and plans. And no, this benefit is not only useful
to army generals and chess players – a good strategic mind is much more
productive, because it creates the best plan of action for every daily task.
Also, strategic thinking is a life savior in academic and work environments,
because everything is planned one step ahead and there’s always a plan B.
“One bad move nullifies forty good ones,”
I.A.Horowitz
Concentration Improvement: Peoples
nowadays finding it harder and harder to focus on study and work. Chess demands
attention, if your mind isn’t focused, you lose, simple as that. With such an
immediate punishment for lack of attention, the mind is trained to be focused
and attentive. This applies for better performance in Academic Institution,
Workplace. Now it’s up to you.
A famous
saying,
“In life, There’s
no tack-backs, as in chess, But learn from your wrong moves.”
